Case Study: Hospital Río Hortega
After the Covid-19 health crisis, the people most exposed to viral and bacterial loads, both healthcare professionals and patients, require extraordinary protection measures against contagion.

Presentation of I-ON Air at UNWTO events
The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), on the occasion of the events in which it has participated directly or indirectly in the scope of Fitur 2021 (May 19-21), has invited Alteria Automation to present its I-ON Air technology, as a solution to reduce Covid risks.
In a very illustrative and simple way, Alteria Automation explains how its intelligent air disinfection system, using ultraviolet C radiation, sterilizes all types of viruses and bacteria, eliminating their ability to spread.
In addition, thanks to the inclusion of intelligent sensors (of our own manufacture), the traceability of the process is achieved and proving that the disinfection has been carried out successfully.
This intrinsic characteristic of I-ON Air, together with the fact that it is a product officially approved by SGS and INTA (Ministry of Defense) and awarded by the European Commission, in the INNO4-COV program for its innovation to prevent contagion, they become in compelling reasons for I-ON Air to have been installed in various sectors in great need of protection against Covid-19 (Health, Education, Hospitality, Leisure and Sports, among others). Smart sensors to guarantee the disinfection of closed spaces
The startup Alteria Automation developed sensors for the industry and now applies them to its own system to disinfect with ultraviolent c.
From developing smart sensors for industry, biotechnology, medicine and diagnostics to creating a closed space disinfection system with ultraviolet c. These two worlds are joined, precisely, through the sensors, which are the ones that guarantee and “give peace of mind” that the disinfection system is working.
